OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY

We strive to provide our employees with such a working environment, where they can work healthily, peacefully and happily. To achieve this goal, as a first priority, we believe that the work and workplace should be in a safe location for everyone. With this point of view, we take all types of measures in respect of occupational health and safety as intended to safeguard the physical and mental health of our employees.


WAGES AND BENEFITS

We at Omega Motor apply a fair and competitive wage system established considering the work nature, the current market, the company’s current wage structure and ability to pay. Determination of the wage and benefits is based on the contribution of the respective work and the ability of the company to reach its yearly targets.


TRAINING AND IMPROVEMENT

We at Omega Motor provide the employees with the necessary support for training and improvement opportunities so that they could improve themselves professionally and personally. Each departments submits their requests for the training organizations for the following year during the last quarter of every year. Annual training plans are created in line with these requests and the targets of the company. Employees at each level are supported by technical training organizations and personal improvement programs.

Skill Development Programs

With the ‘Skill Development Programs’ that we apply within the company, we aim to discover the talents and, award them accordingly. Within the framework of this program, we identify our employees who are recognized for their business performance and future potentials every year and, include them into a development program. Candidates found eligible to participate in the Skill Development Programs are supported by coaching within the company and, directed to training organizations in different areas.

Internship Programs

Aiming to support the process of training qualified personnel that are needed by Turkey, Omega Motor provides students with an opportunity of internship programs so that they could turn into practice their academic knowledge. During these internship programs, a cooperation between universities and our company is established in order to provide students with an opportunity to put into practice their theoretical information, identify persons with high potentials and, diversify the sources of employment.

Within the organization of Omega Motor, intern candidates may participate in 2 programs: mandatory internship and periodic studies and, the interns who are about to complete their undergraduate education are allowed to be a candidate for the vacant positions in the company.

SOCIAL CLUBS

We support the social lives of our employees through the social clubs we establish within the organization of our company. With these social clubs, we support the physical and mental development of our employees and, allow them to enjoy and spend time together outside the working hours. Tournaments, special activities, competitions and surprise events are organized within the organization of our social clubs and participation is on a voluntary basis.


RECRUITMENT

Our main purpose in respect of the recruitment process is to bring to our company, people who adopt and maintain the values of Omega Motor. We carry out all recruitment interviews within the framework of our competence model where employees are expected to apply our values in their behaviors. Accordingly, we aim to attract such candidates, who are able to establish positive relationships inside and outside the organization, act for sustainable results and possess a high level of awareness.
