For all the frame sizes, it is possible to rotate the cable output direction by 180° by means of rotating the terminal box or using the additional connector holes.

All the compact motors are of the efficiency class of IE3 (according to IEC 60034-30-1).

Each motor is tested using line end testing apparatus after it has been manufactured. Motors are tested for short circuits; the resistance values are measured and checked, and then the necessary performance values are measured and checked by means of idle running. We at Omega Motor provide the highest level of traceability for all the motors that we manufacture. Thanks to the tracking system we have established in the factory, each document and information including those regarding raw materials, suppliers, each production stage, line-end reports are matched with the respective motor serial number and recorded in the system accordingly.

Three-phase, squirrel-cage, standard asynchronous motors that we manufacture are capable of operating at a higher power than the rated output power by 15% continuously and, under a load of 150% for two minutes.

We may not say ‘it must be used’ since the 6000 series bearings used as a standard have a radial load capacity. Radial load that is to be transferred to the bearings of the motor that will be used for the belt & pulley application is calculated. In case this does not exceed the radial load permissible for the motor and 6000 series bearing, then there is no need for use of an NU bearing.

We use the C3 corrosion class paint for all the motors with the frame size from 80 to 355. The paint used for the frame sizes of 80, 90, 100 and 112 is suitable for use in such environments that are not harsh and, the paint used for the frame size from 132 to 355 is suitable for use in such environments that are middle-level corrosive and humid as well as for outdoor locations.
